CONSTRUCTION |
The
department of mechanization and automation of manufacturing
executes major repairs, modernization of a tools and manufacturing
of new tools for adjustment of new productions. For last 10
years were found the following technological decisions:
- the modernization of plant for roslit-process were carried
out, that allowed to produce aluminium cages with minimum
quantity of mechanical operations and maximum approximation
of the form of procurement to shape of a detail;
- the line for production of the spring cleats was placed
in operation;
- the tool for production of an insertion of rubber-metal
seals was made;
- the plant for electrochemical branding was produced;
- the plant for assembly of roller chains was made;
- the line for carbonization of outer rings was carried
into effect.
